Startup LAunch SBDC Program

Funded in part through a Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration.

Who We Are

The Bixel Startup LAunch Program is the impact-driven tech incubator at Bixel Exchange, the innovation and tech center of the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce. Funded in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration and Los Angeles Regional Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Network, the Startup LAunch Program empowers tech entrepreneurs on the road to independence with non-equity and no-cost incubation to launch and sustainably scale their companies. Our partnership with the larger Los Angeles Regional SBDC enables us to serve the startup community in L.A., Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties.

We are uniquely at the intersection of public, private, corporate and tech sectors. Through our collaboration with corporate and civic organizations throughout L.A., including accelerators, incubators, co-working spaces, venture capitalists, angel investors and private equity firms, universities, research institutions, innovation labs and government, we help connect entrepreneurs with valuable resources within the L.A. tech community.

Funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Small Business Administration.
