b6_riot.jpgJFK High School workshops at Riot Games
On Oct. 26, students from John F. Kennedy High School joined Riot Games for an incredible tour and video game design workshop. Our students learned all about video game design from six Riot coaches. Reflecting on the event, our students wrote down three things that they learned; one wrote, “I learned about what programming is, the importance of balance in video games, and that in designing games you need to be respectful to one's ideas, cooperate and collaborate.” A huge thank you to our partner Jordan Schmidt at Riot Games who made it all possible!
