Innovation & Technology Council: The Future of Autonomous Vehicles

Join Bixel Exchange and the L.A. Area Chamber as we discuss the future of autonomous vehicles in Los Angeles.

Several proposals have come forward concerning the regulation of testing and implementation of autonomous vehicles in Los Angeles. Because of the nature of transportation in Los Angeles, this technology poses significant opportunity for growth and development in the area. What are some of the policy issues facing Los Angeles in the regulation and implementation of this technology? How far are we from being able to purchase these vehicles? What is the potential impact of this technology in Los Angeles? This meeting will address the policy issues surrounding the introduction of autonomous vehicles in the Los Angeles area, and the potential impact of these vehicles on business and innovation in the area.

This event is open to Chamber members and invited guests of Bixel Exchange.

The Innovation & Technology Council at the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce identifies and engages with business clusters that have economic growth potential, including signature, emerging and innovative industry groups.
