Speakerbot: Intro to Microsoft's Bot Framework

Microsoft will be hosting a workshop at Cross Campus Downtown LA with Daniel Egan teaching you how to build a bot called “Speakerbot”. This is a great way to get prepared for the Botathon coming up on September 10-11th in Santa Monica.

Come learn about Microsoft’s bot framework through the eyes of SpeakerBot. It allows groups and individuals to schedule a speaker by working with SpeakerBot.  In this session, you will learn the major pieces of the Microsoft bot framework, from conversations and flows, to LUIS, connectors and channels, to many of the parts in between.
